🧪 14-Day Free Trial

All new users are granted a 14-day free trial to explore our full platform and determine if Life Agent Hub is the right fit.

You will not be charged during this trial period. At the end of the trial, your credit card will automatically be charged for the selected subscription plan unless you cancel beforehand.

💵 One-Time Setup Fee

A one-time $100 setup fee is charged when you first activate your account. This fee covers system configuration, onboarding setup, and initial Snapshot deployment.
This setup fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel during or after the free trial.

💳 No Refund After Billing

Once your subscription payment is processed after the free trial:

All charges are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or prorated credits for early cancellation. If you choose to cancel after billing, your account will remain active until the end of your current 30-day billing cycle.

🔁 Recurring Billing Terms

Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days unless canceled. You are responsible for managing your billing and cancellation settings. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be submitted before your renewal date.

🧠 Digital Products & Add-Ons

Any add-ons, downloadable content, training modules, or digital assets delivered through the platform are non-refundable due to their instant-access nature.
